Flowers from a Boy

Today was the last day of school! My students are all gone, my room is all cleaned up and put away, and I don't know what I'm going to do with myself...well, I do, just not for the next couple of days.

I got some very beautiful flowers from a boy today.

His name is Jacob. He couldn't go and get the flowers so his mom and little sister picked them out.






















Yeah, Jacob is only 12, but it means a lot to me because he was a difficult student this year and it is really great to see the progress he's made this year. I almost cried when he hugged me today, he usually played that he didn't like me and thought I was out to get him.
