Happy 200th Post!

It's been quite awhile since I last posted and so many things have happened, but I had to find the perfect post for my 200th (because that's a big number).  I thought about making "best of" lists, having a give away, pretending I didn't know it was the 200th, etc.  A couple of weeks ago I came across the best topic and it's taken me this long to take time and sit down and post it.

Two weeks ago I got to teach the Sunday School lesson for my ward on the atonement of Christ.  I was a bit intimidated by the importance of the topic, but in the end I learned a lot and my testimony grew.  I learned more about our Savior's character, love, and eternal perspective and have come to know him better.  I know He died for us so that we could be released from our sins, so that we can have comfort in our times of need, and so that we can return to Heavenly Father.  I know that He died and that He lives again.  He knew the importance of this act and He could have chosen not to do it, but because of His love for us and the knowledge of our father's plan, He accomplished the infinite Atonement.
